Most contract reviewers pride themselves on thinking outside the box. I pride myself in not having a box at all. This allows me to see things from a completely different perspective when reviewing a contract. I put myself in the shoes of the other party and look for loopholes than can be taken advantage of, and then I use my skills as a paralegal and investigator to close those loopholes as tight as can be done.
