REQUISITOS : CONOCIMIENTO DEL MERCADO INMOBILIARIO ESPANOL + DEL OPEN DATA ESPANA + SABE FRANCES
Estoy buscando a un desarrollador full stack para el diseno de una plataforma web (SaaS) de agregacion de anuncions inmobilarios desde las paginas mas conocidas (idealista, fotocasa, mil anuncios, etc.) para la inversion (para alquiler o comprar, reformar, vender).
Los anuncios deben aparecer segun varios criterios que vas a indicar, - y que puedes modificar: tamano de la ciudad, rentabilidad minima, precio/m², tipologia de vivienda, etc.
El agregador permite recopilar los anuncions (quitando los duplicados), y te proporciona un analisis de rentabilidad de la inversion y de otros indicadores. Cuando identifiques un anuncio que te interesa, vas a poder tener una analisis mas profundo (analisis de la ciudad/zona geografica, analisis financiero de la inversion, etc.).
Esta parte debe de ser bastante visual con graficos (en plan dashboard). Adicionalmente al motor de busqueda y agregacion, quiero disenar una extension Chrome en las mismas paginas web de anuncions (Idealista, fotocasa, etc.) que te de las informaciones relevantes de rentabilidad sobre los anuncios. El proyecto, siendo un SaaS, debe contar con la gestion de usuarios y pagos. No tengo la vision completa del mercado inmobiliario espanol. Sé que en Francia se ha empujado por el Gobierno el open data, lo que permite a las startups basarse en datos publicos (por ej. listado de todas las transacciones inmobiliarias). En Espana no sé que informacion esta disponible...

I am looking for a full stack developer to design a web platform (SaaS) for the aggregation of real estate ads from the best-known pages (idealista, fotocasa, mil adverts, etc.) for investment (for rent or buy, reform, sell ).
The ads must appear according to several criteria that you are going to indicate, - and that you can modify: size of the city, minimum profitability, price/m², type of housing, etc.
The aggregator allows you to collect the ads (removing the duplicates), and provides you with an analysis of return on investment and other indicators. When you identify an ad that interests you, you will be able to have a more in-depth analysis (analysis of the city/geographical area, financial analysis of the investment, etc.).
This part must be quite visual with graphics (like a dashboard).
