Seed Funding for Mortgage Innovation

I’m building a pre-revenue startup that reimagines how mortgages, investment funds, and personal finance interact. Our edge is a completely new business model that removes the usual middle-men and aligns borrower and investor incentives in a way banks simply can’t. The concept has been validated through market interviews and a working prototype, but we now need to turn that traction into our first round of capital. My immediate goal is to close an initial seed raise from individual investors. To get there I need a fundraising specialist who can translate our vision into the kind of story early-stage investors act on and then place that story in front of the right people. Deliverables I’m looking for are: • A crisp investor deck (10–15 slides) highlighting the problem, the model, competitive landscape, and projected returns • A one-page executive summary ready for email outreach • A short list of at least 50 qualified individual investors who regularly back fintech or prop-tech ideas, complete with contact details and any warm-intro angles you can identify • A step-by-step outreach plan covering messaging, cadence, and follow-up tactics If you have a record of securing seed capital for disruptive fintech or real-estate startups, I’d love to see examples.
