I have an almost-complete Fusion 360 design that needs a skilled touch so it can move from concept to a print-ready, manufacture-ready file set. The main geometry is roughed in, but the components still sit as loose parts, and the motion study is only sketched out. Here’s the work that remains: • Assemble every existing component inside Fusion 360 with proper joints, constraints, and motion links so the mechanism runs smoothly. • Integrate the gears and pulleys that power the device, confirming correct pitch, clearance, and alignment so nothing clashes during simulation. • Wrap the working core in a metal casing designed for a durable powder-coated finish, complete with ribs, bosses, venting, and mounting features where needed. • Prepare and hand over a clean, fully referenced Fusion 360 file plus STEP and STL exports that are ready for 3-D printing or CNC fabrication. • Include quick notes on suggested print orientation, tolerances, and fastener call-outs to guide my fabricator. Acceptance criteria: the assembly opens in the current release of Fusion 360 with no broken links, passes an interference check, and shows full range-of-motion in the joints. Wall thicknesses, draft angles, and fillets must meet typical DFM guidelines for powder-coated metal parts. I will supply my .F3D workspace, sketches, and gear data sheets as soon as we start.
