Custom Minecraft Combat Mod Creation For Fabric 1.20.1

I'm wanting to make a Minecraft mod in fabric 1.20.1 for a server that I co-own but I have no idea how to code. I'm looking for someone to make the mod for me. I don't have much money at the moment so I won't be able to pay much. the mod will be kind of complicated (at least it is in my eyes) so I need a relatively good developer to make it for me. The mod is a new combat mod that only I would be able to use as I'm terrible at PvP in Minecraft so this mod would help me a lot when finding myself in sticky situations and stuff. But there is one thing that I'm relatively good at and that is math, specifically geometry so I thought it would be cool if I could use like lines that you can make with a graph to help me in PvP. In short: I would like to pay someone to make me a mod that allows me to type any graphing equation in chat or some sort of GUI that's easy to use and be able to make a line or shape appear to either protect me for a short time or hurt my enemies. More detail about the mod: I want it so when I use an equation it creates a new block that if anyone other than me touches it. The block would damage them but just a little but it would ignore all armor protection. also to make it easier for me to use the (0,0) coordinates wouldn't be at the real Minecraft world coordinates but instead it would be wherever my coordinates are. Ex: If I typed y=1x+2 the line would intersect the y coordinates of my player plus 2. I hope this helps people understand what I want and if it doesn't help much I guess message me however you would have to to ask questions. I'm new to this platform so I don't entirely know how this all works. Also remember I don't have much money so the best I can do at the moment is $20 USD. Also I have no deadline for this to be done it can be done whenever you feel good with the work you've done. also i forgot to mention but the mod needs to be extremely compatible with many different mods.
