My proposal is that of a 2D game as it wasn't specified, 2D is acceptable? I could make this in the desired time frame. Maybe we can work together on what is expected spec-wise? Since a young age I've been developing games for fun. I have released a couple games on the android app store and have a bunch of html5/javascript games that I've made for fun. I really would like to develop some projects while I continue to study at uni to help expand my portfolio and make a little cash on the side. As long as a 2D game is acceptable, I can definitely complete your project up to spec with little to no loading time. I would develop in html5/JS so it could be accessed through the browser.
