Fintech Google & Meta Media Buyer

I need an experienced performance marketer to take full ownership of our paid acquisition on both Google Ads and Meta Ads. The product is a fast-growing fintech solution and we are currently scaling across the EU as well as all English-speaking markets. To be considered you must have demonstrable fintech experience; please attach screenshots that clearly show ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate for previous Google and Meta campaigns. I am looking for at least a 70 % ROAS in your portfolio, with budgets denominated in USD. Day-to-day you will: • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google and Meta in parallel, keeping spend, targeting, and creative aligned with our growth goals. • Monitor ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate in real time, adjusting bids, audiences, and creatives to hit our targets. • Produce concise weekly reports summarising performance and next steps. Comfort in Canva or Photoshop for quick creative tweaks is a strong plus.
