Semi-Automated Google Sheets Management System

I want to consolidate every moving part of my e-commerce operation inside a single Google Sheets workspace and keep the process semi-automated—manual data can still come in, but everything else must update itself. The sheet will act as a live database, fed by daily order files (Excel or even PDF after OCR), and complemented by small Python or Apps Script utilities whenever a formula alone cannot cope. Core workflow • Product master: create an internal SKU that maps each Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and B2B listing back to one canonical product. • Flexible cost engine: calculate landed cost by kg, pack, combo, size or individual piece and let the model decide which rule to apply. • Orders & P/L: ingest daily order dumps, auto-apply platform commission, shipping, GST, RTO/return/cancellation loss and surface net profit in real time. • Inventory: track stock in/out against each vendor purchase, record batch history and trigger low-stock alerts. • Commercial extras: log discounts, influencer commissions, special offers and generate a month-end GST summary. • Dashboard: interactive charts and filterable reports that instantly show sales, profitability, outstanding returns and ageing stock. Acceptance criteria 1. A linked set of Sheets with protected formula zones and clear data-entry areas. 2. One-click refresh (or time-based trigger) that recalculates profit & stock without manual intervention. 3. A sharable dashboard pulling from the same data source. 4. Written hand-off notes so I can extend or tweak the logic later.
