The core file already exists; I simply need a skilled pair of hands to: • insert new records that have accumulated since our last update • clean and correct a few legacy rows where the data no longer matches source information • refine or extend formulas so totals, variance calculations, and date-driven reminders run automatically If you are comfortable adding light visual aids—quick charts, pivot summaries, or well-targeted conditional-formatting rules—that would be a welcome bonus, but the first priority is rock-solid data accuracy. Please be ready to work directly in Google Sheets, mirror the changes in an .xlsx copy, and leave concise in-sheet notes that outline what you changed and why. Once everything tallies and formulas recalculate without errors, we’re done.
