Improve HTML Site Speed Scores

My static HTML site on Hostinger still feels sluggish. I want the PageSpeed Insights score pushed past 75 on mobile and 85 on desktop, with clear gains in both loading speed and overall responsiveness. The pain points show up most on the homepage and our key product pages. I have already compressed images, minified CSS/JS, and enabled caching, yet the numbers won’t budge. I need a fresh set of eyes to audit what remains—whether that means eliminating render-blocking resources, fine-tuning server settings on Hostinger, adding lazy loading or a CDN layer, or something I have overlooked. Please work directly in the existing HTML/CSS/JS stack and keep all functionality intact.
