Flash Game Graphics / Animations

Hi, I need some graphics created for a simplistic Flash game, using my concepts graphics. This is for a small 1 level game, there are not many graphics, but the graphics that are created need to be very clean and look good. The game graphics will be vector graphics, to give a very clean look. I am really looking for someone who can create great graphics, and who knows Flash enough to be able to deliver ready animations (movies) BUT, I do at least need someone who is familiar with game design and creating animations, and who can deliver the frames ready to be built into animations within Flash, so that I can then bring those pieces/frames into Flash and they can be put together. I have graphics examples ready, and I can explain easily what needs to be made. I will provide you with VERY detailed instructions, so this will be a big help to you. I think that there are approximately 10 main assets I can think of right now, and maybe a few more including things like a scoring area, menu, little stuff like that. The animations are just a few and they are very simple and basic. I have been doing this for a long time so I am very familiar with pricing. Please NO INDIA, NO PAKISTAN, NO CHINA bidders. Please YOU MUST SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH Please NO MANGERS, I will only work with the artist doing the work. I need to start work on these graphics right away. There WILL BE much more work for the person who does a good job on this. This is a very good opportunity to work with a busy studio. IMPORTANT: There will be NO advance payments made. No Escrow. I have been ripped off here before and its not happening again. This work MUST be completed first, then you will receive FULL payment once the client is happy with the game.
