2D Mobile Game Art Assets

I'm currently building a 2D mobile game for which I need an artist. The game is a Match-3 game like everyone has seen with "Candy Crush" & "Bejeweled". However, I'm looking to set this game apart from others in its genre through its visual style. The game is fairy tale themed so I'm looking for someone that can create assets with a storybook feel. I'm not looking for the highly clean look of the current apps in the marketplaces. I'm looking for someone that can bring a "Child Of Light" or "Braid" feel to the game. Look at the attachments for examples of the visual style. The project has around 100 assets 95% of which are going to be 128x128 in size and simple. The backgrounds for the game need to be simple as well, because players cannot be distracted while playing the core game. There is no need for animations or particle effects as I will be taking care of those myself. You will be credited within the game but I must own the assets, no licensing. Additionally, I'm not looking for a one time job. I will be making regular updates to the game and I will also be building another game in 2015. I need someone who is going to be easy to contact, fast to respond, and not flake out or disappear. My deadline is December 24th.
