Can easily be trained in other skills. - Can get projects done fast! - Is flexible and easy to work with - Can work up to 40 hours per week (full-time) HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS: - Experience with creating killer web page design - Can create print designs like book covers, DVD covers and labels, etc. - Can create buttons, custom images, headers - Can create static and animated gif banners (Flash a plus, but not required) - Can take an existing, ugly web site and quickly mock up three suggestions and implement the winner - Can create designs FAST when necessary - Is FLEXIBLE when working with others - Has a TEAM mentality and works well with others - Has a "No problem" attitude - Can get projects done, on time BONUS SKILLS: - The ideal candidate will have html skill in addition to being an amazing designer.
