I am Irish, who is living in Philippines I have a lot of experience in structural & mechanical design and fabrication. I am capable of using packages such as , Inventor, 3Dmax, Navisworks,Solidworks and AutoCAD. My experience in previous jobs has involved Mechanical machine design for mining and plant processes and fabrication drawings to manufacture these. I am a good team player and very cooperative. dear sir. I have carefully considered your proposal. As your thought, I think that the product drawing would be depend on mold design . I think that it is important how much of products you are going to make. along with it, the production mode and process would be varied. I am making industrial 3D drawing and generating nc code for machining them at CNC machine tool. my mainly products is mold for electronic products . but mold is not always good. if the quantity is less, the cost for mold is high, so you would use other manner. here I can not talk all manufacturing process. if you are interested in me, pls send me your response. xinghai

Hi. I have Design and Design for manufacture experience spanning 40 years, Machine shop, Injection moulding, Casting, Optical. I also have a small machine shop to manufacture prototypes and tooling. Extensive CAD/CAM experience using Autocad for 2D detailing and 3D Rendering. freecad for 3D modeling, and manufacturing file output. Clad, I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree and have worked in the consumer product industry for over 4 years. I have designed many parts (including housings) using plastic and metal. I am familiar with vacuum forming, injection molding, extruding, casting, and other manufacturing techniques. I can give you 30 hours per week at my bid price for this project. (I believe this project will take me about 4 or 5 hours once I'm given all the internal parts). If you like my work and still require a lot of hours, I will have to increase my rate to $25 per hour for me.
