Convert my Deconetwork website default template into a responsive site -- 2

Hi freelancers, I am using deconetwork to start my customized product business. Their platform provides custom HTML and CSS for users to SKIN their websites. You do not need to do any programming on functionality. All you have to do is to turn their default template into a fully responsive one. P.S. Pages with online designers([login to view URL]) need not be responsive but need to match the overall feel of the website(need your help to change the gradient buttons into nice flat ones.) But I hate gradient buttons. Please advise if this images can be removed.
