Create new website or modify current opencart website.

Im looking for a professional web developer who can either create a new website with a simple CMS, such as wordpress, mangento active admin etc. or modify the website on opencart. The website must be fully responsive over all devices as it currently is. Please see attached images for the new graphics and style of the website. It’s a simple website, need good attention to detail to make the website look fresh. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Please give me a cost and time frame. Toggle button left or right to see other products. 3) Product page 1. Products to be highlights when selected. 2. Product name. 3. Product information. (transparent to see background) 4. Video played in website. Option to make full screen. 5. Three videos choices. 6. Download pdf file links. 4a) Get Quote (can buy module if can be edited to the way i need.) 1. Drop down categories 2. Link to see product request with quantity view on website. 3. Open a field box for user to enter email to request the quotation. The quation request is to be emailed to superadmin email. A confirmation email is also sent to the user to notify the request has been submitted. 4. The highlight blue part is to show the section, which needs to float with the page when the user scrolls down. The section must remain in the section of the page, so when the user is satisfied with the products chosen they can easily submit the request. 4b) Get Quote 1. Thumbnail of product image. 2.
