Design a Wordpress / Freehand Mockup

I'm looking for a 7 page website (responsive). Can either be in a stand alone format or a WordPress format, but tell me why you selected that format over the other. I did a mockup of how I want the header to look. You can see the header in action on this website: [login to view URL] I want it to have the exact animation / features and you must use your own created files that I will receive from you. Please use color:1cadce (blue) as shown in the mockup. Please mockup the header and place on your server for my review. The first person to have that completed to my satisfaction will win the project and move forward with the design of the entire website. 5 of the 7 pages can have the same format, header, body, footer, same code if desired. I don't have the content for the body of the pages yet so that wont be required for you to input. Page 6 will need to have a login / register box for members to access their personal page. I would like options for the login / register to box to include things like email reminder for lost passwords & usernames, etc... Page 7 will need to be the members personal page. I need to be able to create some type of form that displays on their page that me / admin has selected different check boxs / radio buttons. An example would be a form that has 20 questions where either the yes box or no box was selected. Below the form would be thumbnails of pictures that me / admin has attached / included to the form. I would like the thumbnails to be clicked and expand into a bigger box for member to view. Each form and attached pictures will need to be archived for member to select and view at any time.
