Application designing requirement

We are looking for application screen designers who will design the screens and give us mockups for laptop, tabs and mobile. The application is a collaboration platform which brings transactions from different applications (e.g. Leave system, RFP, Lead Management, Tickets) together on a single dashboard. The mockup should be able to clearly show the list of transaction, how a particular transaction has moved from one stage to another, from one user to another, what values have changed from stage to stage, what is its current status and how different stakeholders have collaborated around the transaction. There are collaboration features such as sharing a transaction with your team, sending out emails, commenting on the transaction, attaching a file, hashtagging transactions etc. There should be meaningful, intuitive icons for each of this functionality. We expect this exercise to be interactive and iterative. Designer will have to understand our requirements in depth and discuss the ideas with us before submitting the final mockup.
