Bah Humbug

I'm working on a Xmas themed game for a coding competition and looking for an artist to create twenty room backgrounds as well as a title-screen logo, area frame and an animated ghostly avatar based on a picture I've supplied. The game is a text-input adventure based in one house so all the backgrounds will be of rooms within the property and some will have specific objects that need to be part of that rooms image. No animation will be required for these - just static images of the correct size. I'll need the work completed in four weeks and will be paying £120 in total for the completed work under two milestone payments. £100 for the backgrounds and £20 for the two static and one animated image. I specifically want the room images shown to me as each one is created so I can ensure they do fit the theme of the completed game as it is related to Xmas and they need to look festive. I am uploading both a word document with a complete breakdown of the image specifics and also a photo of the subject that I want made into a ghost animated avatar where it will need to be shimmering. Note that the ghostly version should be something vaguely similar to this but does in no way need to be exact.
