Build me a Dating App (iOS + Android +Admin Web)

** Bidder should propose initial designs for app so we know if he deserves to be given the project. we will be helping in refining it.
** We are looking for someone who can do these: UI/UX Design, App Development (both iOS, Android, Backend Developer)
** PLEASE IF YOU ARE NOT FLUENT IN ENGLISH DO NOT BID ON THE PROJECT
** EVERYTHING WILL BE LISTED HERE FOR YOU TO GIVE YOUR PRICE.
** MILESTONES WILL APPLY IN ORDER TO PROTECT MY SELF AND YOUR WORK
** Skype meeting(s) will be held with the bidders we are interested in, in order to discuss all details and make sure we are on track.
** The App will generate money from user's subscriptions and from ads. When a user subscribe there will be no ads for him .
We want to create a Dating App similar to Tinder for iOS, Android, Web also + Admin Web Platform where I can control the users and everything in a user friendly way.
The app will be FREE, but provides additional features like Tinder.
The app will have 3 Sub-Sections Like Bumble (Friendship, Relationship, Business)
1- Friendship: You will be only matching with people in same section.
2-Relationship: Same as above.
3-Business: You will select 3 Main Circles (exp: Engineer, Lawyer, & Accountant ) and then you will be matching only with people from these 3 Main Circles.
The app should support many Languages (English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Chinese,...)
The app should get the user's location unless he is a premium user (paid) he will have an option to change his location.
Options:
-Swipe Undo
-Super Like
-Can Add a video in Profile Gallery not only pictures.
-If they matched and texting they can send a voice-note not only messages.
-The option to request from your match to see how many matches your match chatting with if he accepted.
-See who likes you (Paid Feature)
-Boost (Paid Feature) this should be really working!
-The option to delete message if they were not read.
-The option to hide age (paid feature)
-Verified Profiles (they should upload a picture doing something we require from them and we will verify) - that should be easily implemented also in the Admin web platform.
- Secret chatting option. This is a request based also, if accepted by the other matched profile, the messages will disappear when read like snapchat.
- Audio/Video Calling.
** In the profile section the user will submit certain things, like what is he looking for, height, weight, ethnicity, drinker, smoker, body type,...
** Feed Updates like in Tinder.
** Stories of Matched People ( Like Snapchat and Instagram )
