Hi, My name is Charles. I have reviewed the project specifications. We have developed the contest and voting portal before in PHP using framework of Codeigniter. The users have to login through the application using social media or simple registration process where they verify the email and then vote for the contests. The entrants will pay a fees before submitting their entry and publish for voting. We'll keep track of the voters. Only one voter can vote at a time. We'll put necessary checks to avoid fake voting. We'll develop the system in Secure Platform of PHP using MVC based standard technology. Design will be 100% responsive and professional, so that mobile users can also use the website. Best, Charles.
