Build me a website.

Hello, We need a website build. I will explain the situation & what we need: "We are looking to consolidate multiple offerrers of Wellness rooms to our website. When we find someone who want's his Wellness room to be represented on our website, they should get their own login credentials for our website at which point they can look at their rooms + what is booked + book a timeslot when someone contacts them directly easily(so it is also visible on our website) + more. When someone wants to book a room and comes to our website they need to be able to search for the particular room they need. For example: "I need a Sauna room in Brussels" at which point they will see all available room providers with price. When they choose a provider they land on the providers page (on our website) with the the room providers available rooms + logo + etc.. When they click on one of the available "Sauna rooms" they can openly see the timeslots available and freely book the room. At that point the room providers receives an email that someone wants to book a room at time given. He must accept this and the customer receives notice. The calender for that room is updated. We also need versatility in how the room providers guarantee attendance, meaning: One provider wants payment ahead, another one wants half of the price ahead, the other wants payment on site but needs customer information etc etc.. Requisites: -The website needs to be created on a platform like wordpress, Wix, etc. so we can easily update the website / options (minor development knowledge) -When we find a new room provider we should be able to easily provide him with an account and portal on the website and add the available rooms for him in advance. Once he logs in for the first time he can adjust his portal to his needs -New room providers need to be able to login to their own portal on the website and make calender / logo / ... easily. + possibly have the portal on a tablet in their office at which they can easily book a room when a customer contacts them directly. -There needs to be a search function on the homepage at which visitors can use to find a room accross all providers that suits their needs. for example: Where(raduis in kilometers adjustable)?: Brussels, Type of room?: Whirpool room, times available?: 6pm to 8 pm. etc..
