Hello, my company is going to build a new website, i have no previous experience and am looking for the most optimal propositions how to approach this.
Is it better to build it through WordPress with a custom theme or code it from scratch?
Please tell me your solutions, why this would be the best choice, what is the estimated time and price for such a project.
We are looking for a modern and clean design, that uses our company logos and colors.
Webpage specifications:
The website will be in Slovenian language, the content would be provided, if necessary photographs as well, we are currently using stock photos.
We are a company that provides medical services; our main focus is preventative healthcare.
The focus of our webpage is marketing our services, increasing traffic, increasing inquiries via our website, email and increasing phone inquiries. With a smalle focus on educating our visitors.
The website has to be accessible for PC, mobile and tablet users. Enabled fast social media sharing buttons. Ready for 3RD party software ESPN providers. We also need a blog / news system with category and tag options.
Our website would consist of about 50 pages.
-Homepage (would highlight basic information, map navigation, company strengths and achievements, 4 main service groups, newest articles, connections to our other branches websites, a contact form).
-Introduction page of our specialized departments (continues to 24 pages, each describing a certain department)
-Introduction page to law enforced safety health evaluations (continues to 4 different pages each describing a different evaluation procedure)
-Introduction page to manager checkup programs (continues to 7 pages each describing a different program)
-A pricing page
-Articles page (uploaded by staff in text, image, video with optional galleries, sorted into categories and tagged)
-About us page (with our basic information, map, company vision, staff introduction 35 staff members each with a picture and short description.
-Book an appointment page that contains a calendar with daily appointment schedules and a contact form.
The site content will be dynamic, our staff will have to update articles, main page elements, calendar and schedule through a CMS system.
A top sticky bar with contacts, address and working hours.
A (sticky ?) navigation menu (HOME / MDPŠ / DEPARTMENTS / MANAGER / AESTETIC / BOOKING / PRICING / ARTICLES / ABOUT US)
The footer should contain the basic information, mini map, navigation menu categories, contact form and our other branches website links.
