Create email newsletter template

I need a newsletter template delivered in HTML. The graphic design should be based on one of the sub pages of my web: [url removed, login to view]
I have an old newsletter to show the scope of the content: [url removed, login to view] The letters based on the new template will probably have the same number of articles etc and you can use the content and put in template as and example. I also want intro and ending areas like the ones in this example.
The template should of course be coded to work with the major existing email-clients etc. I cannot list these for you, but trust you will have knowledge about this.
