Dashboard website for my clients (API to XERO)

Some details below, I have a financial consulting site for marketing but need a client portal: * Client can login and see a dashboard on their company's information. 2 login types: Executive, Staff - there are a handful of areas we would want to not let Staff see (employee payroll reports for example) * It needs to be a secure site https, secure data it will link to our site * I Need a slick UI layout - I Have the branding and colors but need a good design eye * The dashboard will have Tiles for areas of the business that will have a combination of Files they can select and download or view that we upload for them and links to templates or standard documents or processes they may be able to use that would be available for everyone * connect to XERO's API and pull at a minimum a few of their dashboard graphs or info Not sure how hard that would be to do but would love to give them snapshots from the accounting system since they are already there is a way to show them on our portal. I'm not sure how that works but they have logins to XERO or we have admin logins to xero but would have to pull their account since we have multiple clients * IF you can build an API to [login to view URL] that would be good too but if not that could be phase 2 - this site allows them to process their accounts payable for their vendors so they can get there through portal instead of going t o multiple systems * We would want a section also that is called "RED PHONE SERVICE" that essentially has a link to allow you to connect to a person for quick questions. I think we'd use a live chat tool but it would need to be one that is flexible backend that allows for chat routing so if the person on call isn't there to accept the chat request that it is routed to someone else - I'm sure there are tools like that?
