I have an old form which I used for new onboarding clients. Basically the form is used to gather information from clients and submitted to the server for evaluation. But I only need the design to much look very cool with effects, and I want it with stages like a wizard with a progress bar on top to show the current progress. I'm attaching my old design. Use the ff colors to be used in the design: Primary colors Cyan (#00BEE6) - to be used in headers and buttons. Dark grey (#293033) - used primarily for texts White (#FFFFFF) - background color Secondary colors (Mix with primary colors to produce a very nice combination) Medium grey (#494D52) Light grey (#E8ECEC) Green accent (#65C687) IMPORTANT: You can mix these colors as much as you want. The most important thing is to use only these colors in the design, you can add only maximum of two colors and nothing more.
