Design two pages in my website from the same basics

my site [login to view URL] homepage needs to be cleaned and modernized. another page which holds a register page also needs to be formatted. the basic structure and css needs to be the same for both pages. on the homepage a menu should be under the logo (now somewhere in the page) it needs to be styled in a nice way and should be able to have nested items. The two flag items should be easy to extend with multiple flags for different languages, a third random flag should be added. (the site now comes in two languages) both should work the same. a news item box should be added to the right, under the login box. it should hold multiple news items some with pictures, some without, if more news items are available then the newsbox becomes scrollable. the site content should be divided in paragraphs easy to add. No content management system is to be used, these pages will be at the end generated from a database from a native content management system. the css needs to be cleaned to the necesary. the second page ([login to view URL]) is the register page. this page needs to have nice input fields, the eyes should show the password temporarily, a strength indicator should be added for the password and field checking (both passwords the same?). field checking to be done for mandatory fields, and basic checking for email and phone number being realistic. a captcha to be added for preventing robots from filling in. the fields need to be wider, the space for the sidebar where the login and news box are in previous screen should be used as input. the menu should be also implemented here the same way as the first page. both pages should have a business modern presence.
