Ecommerce website with recurring billing for subscriptions.

We're a coffee shop with multiple locations, a roastery, and a training facility. We'd like a website where customers can order coffee and other products one time or create their own custom coffee subscriptions, whereby we would ship coffees of their choice to them at their chosen frequency (we have over 30 SKUs of roasted coffees with a dozen different price points.) We'd also like calendars for live music and for scheduled coffee classes. Customers could also sign up for coffee classes on the website. We want it to be welcoming, comfortable, and elegant as well as functional. We'd also like an interactive map with our locations. We'd also like customers to be able to change the components of their subscriptions at will. Maybe they get tired of a particular coffee and would like to change it to another one. I have a preference for using Wix, please let me know if you can accomplish this using it. If not, please explain why I would want to use something else.
