Deliverables 1. A polished Word (.docx) template with locked-in styles and stable tables for the member list and event schedule. 2. A concise user guide that walks a non-tech volunteer through updating content, saving an email version, and preparing a booklet-print PDF. 3. Any supporting assets (custom styles, fonts if outside the standard Office set). Acceptance check Open the file, add a fake member and a new event, and nothing shifts unexpectedly.
