Fix on a current Wordpress Website

Hi!
This website - [url removed, login to view] had been around for 2 years.
It was initially based from a themeforest theme called Kallyas then it was customized to integrate visual composer.
Right now, the site has a little bugs when you viewing the site on your mobile device.
(Attached are images of the bugs you see on mobile view)
1. The logo is not showing on top, it is showing only a small square.
2. The company logos are showing on the footer and it doesn't below there.
3. One of the 3 boxes underneath the banner is not showing on mobile as well. It is only showing a square box.
4. Fix the spacing between the phone number and the dropdown menu
5. [url removed, login to view] - on mobile, the testimonial section is not displaying correctly.
The site is hosted on WPENGINE and have set on daily site backup.
I am looking for someone who is very strong on debugging skills and can fix this problem. Previous developer we just hired cannot fix this and was blaming hosting company instead because his CSS fix did not work.
I am looking for someone to get this fixed ASAP.
