We will be recruited in accordance with the following qualifications to be appointed to the Web Department of our company, which is located in Media for the Germany-based Tour operator and has been operating operations for 26 years in all of Germany and many different destinations around the world. By working within the digital team of our company, in the projects that we continue and will start for our guests, Graphics and designs • Ensuring the scope, cost, time, quality, change and supply management of the projects assigned to the project in accordance with the company's project management standards. • Graduated from related departments of universities, • Corporate page management, to be able to follow and manage the up-to-date information about the company, • Will be able to produce content suitable for digital trends and social media trends in the mold industry • Will be able to make and edit graphics and designs for video and social media accounts, make graphics and designs and generate new ideas. • Will be able to create communication strategies by making competitor and sector analyzes for graphics and designs & Social media accounts, • Responding to comments and messages coming from graphic and designs & Social media channels, monitoring and reporting on a daily basis, • Will be able to organize graphics and designs & social media accounts in accordance with corporate identity, • Will be able to closely follow graphics and designs & innovations in social media and digital environment, • Will be able to update the company website in accordance with the needs, • Knowledge of the use of all social media platforms, social media dynamics and strategies • Familiar with Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram ads, able to use After Effect, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator design programs • Prefers positive communication and makes it permanent, highly motivated, researching, fast learning, practical, solution-oriented, able to take responsibility, willing to develop the company and presenting ideas within the scope of digital communication, • Have a creative and innovative thinking structure, • Using Turkish correctly, beautifully and fluently; proficient in spelling and grammar, • Will be able to determine strategies to reach new customers by making target audience analysis, • Will be able to produce graphics and designs & Social media, original concepts and content, • Male candidates must have completed military service • At least 5 years of experience in graphics and designs & Social media, • Please indicate the branch you are experienced in. • Preferably fluent in English, • Will work as a freelancer • Looking for colleagues who can give references
