Looking for an expert in Photoshop

Hi, We are making a new website for [login to view URL] therefore we need all ppictures in a different format to match the new design. Therefore we are looking for a very good Photoshop designer who can prepare all existing pictures for the new website we are making, and save them in specific folders. Also very good in cropping and enhance appearance of subjects or object for best appearance. All existing pictures must be remade in a different size format and placed on a light gray background. We already have most of psd files in high resolution where you will have to find and take from there. So you will take corresponding psd existing file in high resolution (from our server) and create two formats: One is a psd format in 150 dpi resolution 2000 X 2000 px A second is jpg format at 60% quality optimized for internet also same size as above: 2000 X 2000 px Pictures will be placed on a plain light gray background (Photoshop background code # efefef) Pictures will be saved on our server (path to our server will be provided) and placed in a folder that will be named exactly as the category where the product is online. (If a sub folder is necessarily then it must be created as well.) Here an example. The picture here: [login to view URL] It must be created in psd and jpg as per two files attached here. Must make sure the product luminosity is correct (colors, contrast etc…) and the products fills in as much as possible the background. Most pictures you will work with, are originals and some retouching to enhance the appearance will be necessarily. Some you will need top crop and remake in psd.. Bsically the product must be flawless on the background. On our server, folders and subfolders must be created and these two pictures will be saved and classified (exactly as they are online) like this: All Products / Karate Products / Fist Gear Name of the pictures will be almost as they are titled online however all in lower case and dashes between words: example: pu-white-fist-gear-arawaza (Arawaza is at the end of name) Basically you have to prepare all online pictures from [login to view URL] website in above format so we can take and use them in the new site we are creating. We need a very clean work and proper classification per category and subcategory just the same they are found online. We will exclude the pictures from the following categories: DVD / Videos and Books. SKILLS required: Very good in Photoshop especially cropping. Pictures that we don’t have available in psd yet, we will take new pictures and you must crop them perfectly from high resolution jpeg.
