Making a proper AI file from an existing one

Hello all !
I have an Illustrator file for a piece of design I use in my company.
It is basically a circle with some other vectorized design in (logo and text).
The file I have is badly made (different layers, not everything is vectorized, layers are not organized) and I need someone to recreate the same but with organized layers, everything vectorized, and easy to change text (for only one word) so I can make myself modifications if needed.
This is just to use for print and web, that's why I need this piece of graphic file to be perfect, I'm having troubles each time I try to print it.
I'll give you all the details once the project will be accepted, it's a very small and easy project.
