Need layout og small categories list section on home page fixed

I need this done as soon as possible. I need you to be sure you can do it. I have hired freelancers before and have wasted valuable time and it is still not done. Please do not waste my time. I need to get this done today. I need you to be positive that you can do it. What I need is very simple. There is a section on my home page called "Browse Ad Categories and Communiy/Discussion Topics". I want this section to be evenly layed out with the "Community Discussions" section to the left, where it is currently at,,,and the Ad categories to the right of it as is but with four even categories. Right now it looks like a mess, so basically I need it to look clean and even. Close to what the image looks like (see image). It doesnt have to be exactly like the image, but clean and even to where it looks nice. If you have to improvise and stretch the sides out to make more room, or whatever, feel free to improvise but as a developer I expect you to know what looks nice, and whwn I see it, it must looks nice, or close to the layout I provided in the image.
