Attached are some drawings of an exotic "art car" that I'd like to create for BURNING MAN. If you're not familiar with the event, Google it. I would like you to modify them somewhat to make the car more exotic. I need someone to make the panels on the sides appear to be in rainbow reflective colors with EVERY OTHER PANEL made to look like a "blackboard" with graffiti like images on it. The front and back panels should just be colorful without the blackboard. I'd also like the front headlights have some kind of a dome over them. Imagine a large clear plexiglass bowl, giving it a "googly-eyed" look. This is a vehicle I'm planning to build on the base of an old pick-up truck. So, whatever you create for the vehicle, which I call the CATERPILLAR, imagine it as something you could create on a shoe-string budget. For instance, I'm planning on using plywood for the panels and covering it with reflective colored mylar and blackboard material. I hope I've communicated my thoughts. If you could make these changes for about $40, that would be my budget.
