I need an experienced embroidery specialist who can be physically present in our workshop and commit to a full-time schedule. The core of the job is clean, consistent logo application on baseball caps using flat embroidery. All artwork and brand guidelines are ready; what I’m missing is the steady, practised hand that can translate them flawlessly onto each hat. You’ll be operating our multi-head Tajima machines (Wilcom digitising software is installed), keeping thread changes and tension under control, and running small quality checks as each batch comes off the frame. If you are more comfortable on Barudan or Ricoma rigs, let me know—there’s room to adapt the workstation. Day-to-day, I expect: • Precise hooping to avoid puckering • Correct colour sequencing per logo spec • Routine machine maintenance so production never stalls • Neat trimming and finishing before caps move to packing I measure success by stitch accuracy, colour fidelity and an on-time daily quota.
