The first workbook is about the Synergy cycle, which is a representation of action within the seven values system. It’s broken down into 3 sections: self-talk to habits to disciplines. This book is a walk through guide of a mindset program and will need some photos/illustrations integrated with the text file I've attached.
The second workbook, The Hack My Self-Talk workbook, is a 7 day challenge to help people implement the Synergy cycle and the 7 disciplines in their lives. The challenge helps identify where you are today, where you want to be, and what you need to do to make it that way. The text file is attached. This is a guidebook that people will be printing out and actively using/writing in.
The attached photos below don’t necessarily represent the design style I am looking for but rather ideas for page setups. Please use these as much as you can, but also feel free to make what you think looks most cohesive and user-friendly.
The logos are the style we are going for in regards to the 7 values/disciplines. These are available on noun project or you can create something similar. These sample set shows the style we like, slightly thicker lines and mostly solid shapes, rather than outlines.
