Wordpress Property Directory Listing Website for Accommodation Rentals Customization

We require assistance with a Wordpress Accommodation Rental Business Directory Listing Website, modification to have similar functionality to that of the business directory Theme's Listify and AIT Directory + Current existing Wordpress website is built with the DIVI theme. We want to implement similar functionality to the above mentioned Listify / AIT Directory + listing themes but do not like the appearance that those themes offer. Option A. Help us to get our existing website working similarly to the above directory themes. Option B. Make Listify / AIT Directory plus look and feel similar to our already designed Wordpress site built with the DIVI theme. We have a more detailed brief to send out to applicants who DO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN / DO KNOW HOW TO customize our Divi theme / Avada Theme / A theme with Visual Composer Page builder to have the same appearance and functionality as Listify / AIT Directory plus. Applicants for this job need to note, you MUST have had experience in and FULLY understand how to complete what we require for our property listing / business directory requirement. We do not want you to build an entire site for us, we just want assistance with with getting our site working like a directory site The websites functionality is as follows. An accommodation directory listing that lists properties available for rent. The home page must have a search filter in the slider where you can search for 1. A Keyword, 2. A Location by click on Geologation button or tying in your desired location. 3. Drop down filter with filter 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedrooms, etc. items we can modify to suit. 4. A possible 4th search criteria. (optional) This is normally available with any business directory plugin as a shortcode so already available. We have purchased SABAI but the support it terrible. This should take you to a search results page . On this search results page it should show all properties you have searched for by filter with another option to filter again or filter even more or to reset search and a button to show all properties. There are only 20-25 properties at present to be added to this site. When you click on a property, it should display a property page based on how we want it to look and feel . We have used the theme DIV for this at present as it is highly customiseable. We would otherwise use the theme AVADA or a theme that offers Visual Composer. The question is how to get the above functionality work, with which plugins. It MUST have a map search functionality that is highly customizeable. It must have the ability to edit property listings and to add attributes to each property by chosing from a template. We want the result to show icons such as a selection of font awesome icons but we need icons to be able to show info similar to what you would find on a hotel listing, e.g. SHOWER, BATH, HOW MANY BEDROOMS ICON, SATELLITE TV, WIFI, SWIMMING POOL, SECURITY, SERVICED APPARTMENT Etc. Each property should show it’s own map with directions to / from Map option to add a custom icon + picture when you hover over / click on the map icon. If you are able to do this, I will send you more detail on the brief, if you are not able to do this, please do not apply. The second option is to use the prebuilt themes available for purchase Listify / AIT Directory plus themes and modify their appearance to look like we want it to look or to get SABAI working with our already created site and make it look how we want. This functionality must be implemented and completed during the course of next week. Rate is dependent on how much work you do, how fast and the quality of your work.
