Create fully responsive homepage design for e-commerce store

We already have a pre-built template that is 100% fully responsive. The header and footer are already made in the template. We just want to create the "home page" content for this template.
We want to create the HTML5 and CSS code for a nice looking home page content similar to -- [login to view URL]
The coding must be 100% fully responsive and follow HTML5 and CSS best practices for responsive content. Please show me what experience you have with responsive content.
Splash image -- I have an image to use. (attached). I may ask you to add some text over the image.
INK & TONER FINDER -- This will be on the right side of the slash image. Don't worry about the Javascript to make it work. I just need a nice CSS design for the drop downs.

However, we removed the Nav menu 2. And we changed the colors to match our own website.
The colors we use in our logo are:
Black -- #000000
Cyan -- #29abe2
Magenta -- #ea0d8c
Yellow -- #eddb13
Gray -- #a7a9ac
Since content must be FULLY responsive, the layout might change a bit if you make the screen width smaller. Please open [login to view URL] and make the screen smaller, and you will see how it changes. (See attached screenshot demonstrating this).
