Create an Animation in HTML5 for web banner advertising

Howdy, I hope you're doing wonderful today. I'd like to offer my services to help recreate your flash banner in HTML5 format. For that purpose I use Google Web Designer specifically created by Google for the purpose of making HTML5 animated ads. Ads created using this tool are also the only HTML5 ads accepted by Google Adwords if you need it for that purpose. I have 3+ years of experience creating animated web content, especially banners and I am confident I can recreate your ad exactly as you need. My bid price and time frame expects that you have the original flash file - .fla available to supply all the banner assets? Can you let me know if that is so? If not, I can still decompile the existing banner to extract the assets and even though that would usually be an extra fee, it will be free of additional charge since this is our first encounter. Do you have the source files / eps files from the original build? or the .fla? Can you provide a link to the specs sheet for your 60k requirement (typically there are other requirements to follow as well that vary from vendor to vendor) Look forward to finding out more. Cheers, Jeremy
