I have an equine related site and want to include a directory of services, similar directory to Yelp but not quite as extensive. I want users to be able to search services by service, city, state, or county or a combination. I want users to be able to leave 1-5 stars and reviews. It needs to have an admin area so I can approve additions to the directory and potentially charge to be a featured service that would appear at the top of all other services.
