javaScript Expert Required (HTML5/CSS3/jQuery)

***I will ignore the developers that don't answer about my question.*** 1. Have you examined the javascript that is in the attached rar file? If so - explain why you feel this is within your skill set... 2. In addition to being a javaScript expert, do you consider yourself "really good" at HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery? 3. Are you comfortable interfacing a front-end site to my back-end API (pretty straightforward... you just have to do a little js processing of the data that comes back)? 4. Are you available to start within 48 hours and can you put in 20 hours/week to help catch me up? If not, when would you be able to give me 20 hours? 5. Do you understand that my projects will not always be this rushed, and that I will need you for individual assignments from time to time, with breaks of time in between? I'm a software engineer looking for a *skilled* javaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and BootStrap front-end developer. I need you to develop certain dashboards and input screens while I focus on database and back-end processes. If you are only skilled at frameworks and jQuery, this is not for you. I need someone with exceptional javaScript (and jQuery) skills... not just someone who knows the basics and has only worked with static sites. You'll be interfacing to our API endpoint (nothing difficult or non-standard), and having to write some custom javaScript to handle the data. In addition, I also need you to design a set of web-facing input forms (using the framework of our existing forms). These forms use some clever javaScript hacks to determine available display space and fit only as many questions as possible without needing to scroll. It will only confuse someone who's not a javaScript expert, leading to many form bugs/errors and really poor feedback. So please... if you're not expert at javaScript, don't apply for this job. My feedback and job history show that I treat my consultants well, and that I constantly have projects to work on (I specialize in back-end processes, endpoints, database, and integration). Please be independent yet a good communicator - I need to know your progress and possible problems, so that I can plan accordingly with my clients. This job is not brain-surgery, but it does require a skill level beyond "I've use jQuery before" or "I read JavaScript in 24 Hours."
