First, I need reliable recruitment for several full-time, senior-level roles. You’ll own the process end-to-end: refining job descriptions with hiring managers, sourcing and screening talent, coordinating interviews, and presenting a concise shortlist that makes final selection easy. Second, once the right people are on board, I’d like you to design and roll out a focused employee training and development plan. Think leadership workshops, skills refreshers, and a lightweight onboarding curriculum that helps new hires settle in and perform fast. Third, our policies need a fresh set of eyes. Please review existing handbooks, align them with current compliance requirements, and recommend any updates to keep us on the right side of regulation.
