Develop a Mac Application

I have a Drupal site that is using the module "Time Tracker" to track users time on the clock in and out. I need someone to develop an app that works for both Iphone and Android. 1) Each user will be able to clock in and out right from the app and fill out the necessary fields just as if they are using the site. 2) The app will track user's location, if enabled, on the clock in and the clock out. Locations for each clock in and out will show on a report that we have on the site. 3) The new cock in and clock out time will sync automatically with the website. 4) During the registration for each user, the app will ask the user about the company name or a code so that the app knows which sub-domain it will sync to. I have a designated sub-domain site for each client. 5) You will tell me about the process and the cost associated with making this app ready to download from Itunes and Google store Bid only if you know drupal and app development
