Artist/illustrator to Draw Animals/Characters

I want someone to manually draw/illustrate a girl riding horse in a simple way (Side View).
Then after the drawing is approved we will go the next project which is adding different styles to that base clip art/illustration. for example (make 10 different hair styles for the girl, change the horse color to different breeds, ... etc)
I attached 2 reference images so you know what I am looking for.
The drawings must be:
Professionally made (not childish drawings)
I will provide examples of how I want the end product to be, Just need a talented artist/digital illustrator to work together.
This will be ongoing jobs with the right freelancer as we need monthly around 20 similar tasks to be completed.
