Modify illustration, only line art

This project is about up-gradation to an existing one. All I want is to digitize and enhance an existing ([url removed, login to view]) illustration of 10 figures in a strictly CorelDraw Vector format with few little modifications (better details).

I have,

1. Existing drawing [url removed, login to view] (can send psd file if required)

2. [url removed, login to view] (camera photo of ball pen sketch) as a reference for required modifications.

You can use whatever software you like to get the final output (VECTOR file) described below.

1. Refer to "[url removed, login to view]" for outline sketching.

2. Refer to "[url removed, login to view]" for detailing work, you are free to demonstrate your art but don't deviate too much (specially the RED boundaries).

2. The final sketch MUST be a vector file (CorelDraw or down versioned EPS)

3. The RED border between each figure and corresponding internal Black borders should have a margin of about 3mm.

4. The Concept Sketch image is only to get the idea of what I need, it must NOT be used to judge final output for proportions, size, drawing quality, or any other criteria.

Final output will be,

1. The final drawing size should be about 8.5x8.5 inch (including external borders).

2. It must be supplied in CorelDraw Vector file (a down versioned Illustrator EPS may also work)

3. All lines should be very thin and crisp clear. As far as possible they should form closed loops (as it is to be sent for laser engraving)

4. Borders between two figures should be colored in RED, all other figure boundary and detail lines can be of any other single color Black or Blue (as per [url removed, login to view] file).
