Job Description:
Its 70X50ft site. 23ft road in front of 70ft side of site and its facing south. A small children park in front of this site. Planned to have a G+3 floors with two apartments in per floor. It needs to come with full GF parking and stairs with Lift facility and small office in the GF. Each apartment could provide:
1. 3 bed rooms ( one master and 2 normal)
2. 1 hall and dining
3. 1 kitchen with good utilites room
4. 1 store room
5. 1 study room
6. 1 small pooja room
7. Balconies wherever necessary ( which could add good elevation to the building)
Need the design must be having good ventilated, enough sunlight in daytime. Require both 2D and 3D in good details.
