Google AdWords campaings - multiple

I need someone to help manage a client's Adwords campaign long-term. We need and Google Adwords expert who will be able to create multiple Google adwords that work with google codes. - We have google code so we don't need to buy them - We have $100 gogle code and $500 google code – with this 500 the problem is that billing should be from USA/Canada only 1. We need a pro company who can set up multiple new accounts to use vouchers – WITH OUT being suspended and and run the same campaign on different accounts in the same time. 2. We need to recieve statistic – for each voucher and the middle of process ( if is $100 code then on $50) and on the end of $100. 3. We have all prepared – keywords and all other stuff. 4. $100 code should be last 3 days for advertising 5. We have 300 code but we will test for noe first 10 so that we see how this work with you and if everything goes well we will start 250+ code + long term work with you.... 6. we will pay $5 for every sucessfull account which uses up the coupon and isnt suspended. The main focus is making sure the accounts don't get banned so ultimately this job just requires you setting up the accounts, adding the campaigns and applying the coupons.
