Develop 5 adsense websites

Hi! I would like to work with an experienced Google Adsense website developer to START creating 5 Adsense websites that will generate a minimum of $25 - $35 USD daily and a minimum of $750 PER SITE MONTHLY. I will pay you 400 per site, and if this project goes well with consistent earnings, I would like to create up to 5 more sites, until I get 30 sites. We can build a long term business relationship. Terms: - Website must be installed on my hosting (I will give you access) - It MUST relate to topics that will remain of interest in the long run -Your responsibilities will include writing the SEO optimized content and fully configuring and updating the website. - Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating money long term - choose one niche (will be discussed first with me to check with my domains, or I can show your list of my domains) or I can buy new old domain at godaddy if necessary - Must be created in wordpress (perefered) and with Adsense friendly theme pre-installed (not break any Adsense TOS) with required plugins - Provide an overview plan before starting the project - Contain unique content with unique posts/articles for one year (1 article/week), meaning 52 articles but at least 20-30 articles that are not published yet - Must be original and SEO optimized with frequently used keywords - Articles must be in proper English and must be Copyscape clean as we will check!! - NO autoblog! No Robot! - SEO and marketing as needed and required - Must consistently generate at least $15 per day - Must be a standalone website - CANNOT involve anything related to adult, pharmacy, violence, gambling, or anything that is not acceptable to the Adsense TOS. Again, the site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE ! ! ! - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must contain related images to niche topic – use of royalty free images is highly desireable - Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads - Unique organic traffic (NO bots, no systems or bought traffic) prefer from Europe, Ausstrala and US and Canada - Must be optimized for Google Adsense - Must have my Google analytics code and my AdSense code installed, so i can track statistics and revenue! - Please ensure that I shall be able to receive payment from adsense to my paypal account. Payment will be made AFTER watching consistent income being generated in my AdSense account for 30 days (meaning that the site must meet or exceed the required income of minimum $15 USD per day for 30 full days). No partial payments will be made. Only EXPERIENCED WORKERS with a proven verifiable track record will be considered. I am looking for good quality! No milestone payments will be accepted!
