Rank Swedish community within top 3 at Google.SE

Hello. I have a Swedish website currently ranking #6 at [login to view URL] (Google Sweden) for the wanted keyword. The website is pending between rank 9-6 and it has been at rank 4 earlier. What i want is very clear. I want you to make my website rank within the top 3 at [login to view URL] for my wanted keyword. It is only one keyword and since i am already ranking pretty good AND already have a couple of thousand backlinks to the website YOU should be able to do this. IMPORTANT RULES: * Absolutely no black hat or unsafe ways to get backlinks/improve the result. Scrapebox and similar softwares are not allowed, we could use that ourself if we wanted. * Absolutely no comments on blogs, forum signatures, forum posting and any other low-quality ways of getting backlinks. Quality backlinks ONLY * You will get paid when the goal is reached, not before. Also. The website must remain within top 3 for at least 20 days to make sure that everything is as it should be. * You must report where the links come from before any payment. * The website should be ranked on [login to view URL] (The Swedish Google) and not Google.com. ------------------------------ This should be pretty easy if you know SEO since as i already have stated have made sure the website already have thousands of backlinks and since the website already ranks good.
